Fat: 57.85g | Prot: 96.37g | Carb: 256.16g.   Breakfast:  100% Juice Smoothie - Mighty Mango (Bottle), All Natural Old Fashioned Smooth Peanut Butter, Bananas , Better Start Light Multi-Grain English Muffin, Greek Style Nonfat Plain Yogurt, Nature's Three Berries, Original Unsweetened Coconut Milk. Lunch:  Asian Edamame Salad (Trio Size), Turkey Ranch and Swiss (Small). Dinner:  2% Reduced Fat Mexican Style Four Cheese Blend, fresh and easy turkey chili, Red Tomatoes. Snacks/Other:  100% Juice Smoothie - Mighty Mango, Bananas , GOLEAN Crisp! Toasted Berry Crumble, Milk (Nonfat), Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt, Sliced Peaches, Weight Watchers Praline Nut.
