Fat: 57.85g | Prot: 96.37g | Carb: 256.16g.   Breakfast:  Original Unsweetened Coconut Milk, Bananas , Greek Style Nonfat Plain Yogurt, Nature's Three Berries, Better Start Light Multi-Grain English Muffin, All Natural Old Fashioned Smooth Peanut Butter, 100% Juice Smoothie - Mighty Mango (Bottle). Lunch:  Turkey Ranch and Swiss (Small), Asian Edamame Salad (Trio Size). Dinner:  fresh and easy turkey chili, Red Tomatoes, 2% Reduced Fat Mexican Style Four Cheese Blend. Snacks/Other:  Weight Watchers Praline Nut, GOLEAN Crisp! Toasted Berry Crumble, Milk (Nonfat), Sliced Peaches, Bananas , Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt, 100% Juice Smoothie - Mighty Mango.
