Fat: 111.09g | Prot: 112.67g | Carb: 458.61g.   Breakfast:  Brown Sugar , Cantaloupe Melons , Coffee (Brewed From Grounds) , Half and Half Cream, Jewish Rye Bread - Seeded, Oat Bran Hot Cereal, Pears , Scrambled Egg (Whole, Cooked) , Sugar. Lunch:  Apples, Clementines, Coffee Cake, Minestrone Soup (Home Recipe), Tortilla Corn Chips. Dinner:  Beef Enchiladas, Corn Tortilla, White Rice (Short-Grain, Cooked). Snacks/Other:  2% Fat Milk, Greek Corner Lowfat Yogurt with Caramelized Almonds, Wheaties Cereal.
