Fat: 111.09g | Prot: 112.67g | Carb: 458.61g.   Breakfast:  Sugar, Half and Half Cream, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds) , Oat Bran Hot Cereal, Scrambled Egg (Whole, Cooked) , Jewish Rye Bread - Seeded, Brown Sugar , Cantaloupe Melons , Pears . Lunch:  Minestrone Soup (Home Recipe), Coffee Cake, Tortilla Corn Chips, Apples, Clementines. Dinner:  Beef Enchiladas, Corn Tortilla, White Rice (Short-Grain, Cooked). Snacks/Other:  2% Fat Milk, Wheaties Cereal, Greek Corner Lowfat Yogurt with Caramelized Almonds.
