Lunch: beets canned, Chicken Breast, Cucumber, Iceberg Lettuce (Includes Crisphead Types), Light Balsamic Vinaigrette, Mushroom Pieces and Stems, Tomatoes. Dinner: Cucumber, Real Jewish Rye Bread with Seeds, Tomato, Tuna Salad, White Wheat Bread. Snacks/Other: Apples, Fudge Graham Nutrition Bar, Powerade.
