Fat: 46.89g | Prot: 73.30g | Carb: 234.37g.   Breakfast:  TOAST, EGG BEATERS, COOKIE, JAM. Lunch:  flatbread grilled cheese , fast food cheeseburger, cheese curls. Dinner:  CHICKEN PARM LEAN , WHEAT NOODLES, RAGU SAUCE, WHOLE WHEAT BREAD. Snacks/Other:  PIZZELLE COOKIE.
