Fat: 46.31g | Prot: 87.96g | Carb: 399.86g.   Breakfast:  Tillamook Pepper Jack Cheese Sliced, Unsalted Butter Stick, Egg, Skim Chocolate Milk, Honey, Franz Original English Muffins. Lunch:  Girl Scout Cookies Thin Mint Cookies, Late July Organic Multigrain Snack Chips - Mild Green Mojo, Dr. Pepper Dr. Pepper (12 oz Can), Dried Peaches (Without Added Sugar, Sulfured, Stewed). Dinner:  Bob's Red Mill Flaxseed Meal, Bananas, Blackberries, Honey, Zucchini, Nonfat Plain Yogurt. Snacks/Other:  Chobani Nonfat Pomegranate Greek Yogurt, Skim Chocolate Milk, Pumpkin Muffins, Apples.
