Fat: 46.31g | Prot: 87.96g | Carb: 399.86g.   Breakfast:  Egg, Franz Original English Muffins, Honey, Skim Chocolate Milk, Tillamook Pepper Jack Cheese Sliced, Unsalted Butter Stick. Lunch:  Dr. Pepper Dr. Pepper (12 oz Can), Dried Peaches (Without Added Sugar, Sulfured, Stewed), Girl Scout Cookies Thin Mint Cookies, Late July Organic Multigrain Snack Chips - Mild Green Mojo. Dinner:  Bananas, Blackberries, Bob's Red Mill Flaxseed Meal, Honey, Nonfat Plain Yogurt, Zucchini. Snacks/Other:  Apples, Chobani Nonfat Pomegranate Greek Yogurt, Pumpkin Muffins, Skim Chocolate Milk.
