Fat: 81.99g | Prot: 69.56g | Carb: 301.81g.   Breakfast:  Skim Chocolate Milk, Honey, Plain French Toast, Unsalted Butter Stick, Fruit Syrup, Farmer John Classic Pork Links. Lunch:  Dr. Pepper Dr. Pepper (12 oz Can). Dinner:  Beef Tip Round (Trimmed to 0" Fat), Baked Potato (Peel Not Eaten), Butter, Sour Cream, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Ranch Salad Dressing, French or Vienna Bread (Includes Sourdough), Sierra Mist Sierra Mist Natural (12 oz). Snacks/Other:  Peanut Butter Cookies (Soft Type).
