Fat: 60.31g | Prot: 102.20g | Carb: 304.19g.   Breakfast:  chobani Non fat peach yogurt, Clementines, Fruit and/or Nuts Muffin, Skim Chocolate Milk. Lunch:  Dr. Pepper (12 oz Can), Hershey's Kisses, Honey oat and nut bread, peanut butter, Peanut Butter Cookie, precious string cheese. Dinner:  green peppers, Hy-top cheddar Jack cheese, king Gordita, onion, skim chocolate milk, turkey.
