Fat: 81.92g | Prot: 81.16g | Carb: 281.39g.   Breakfast:  apple, chobani Non fat peach yogurt, lara bar peanut butter chocolate chip, Skim Chocolate Milk. Lunch:  Dark Chocolate Truffles, Dr. Pepper (12 oz Can), egg salad, white bread. Dinner:  black beans, chocolate chip cookie, Ground Beef (80% Lean / 20% Fat, Patty, Cooked, Broiled), hy-top cheddar jack cheese, King Gorditas flour tortilla's, onion, peppers, sierra mist.
