Fat: 29.00g | Prot: 67.97g | Carb: 371.54g.   Breakfast:  apple, Brown Sugar, cinnamon, Skim Chocolate Milk, Steel Cut Oatmeal, Vanilla. Lunch:  chobani non fat pomegranate yogurt, chocolate chip cookie, Sierra Mist. Dinner:  Barbecue Sauce, bread, pears, Pork Steak or Cutlet, Skim chocolate milk, Unsalted Butter Stick, White Bread. Snacks/Other:  Dark chocolate m&m's, Dr. Pepper (12 oz Can).
