Fat: 62.02g | Prot: 60.86g | Carb: 229.07g.   Breakfast:  chobani non fat pomegranate yogurt, honey maid graham crackers, peanut butter, Skim Chocolate Milk. Lunch:  chocolate chip cookie, Tillamook pepper jack cheese, tomato soup, Triscuits. Dinner:  Dr. Pepper (20 oz), Mixed Salad Greens, Potato French Fries, Prawns, Ranch Salad Dressing.
