Fat: 73.37g | Prot: 77.65g | Carb: 286.24g.   Breakfast:  Baking Powder Biscuits, butter, egg, Skim Chocolate Milk, Tillamook pepper jack cheese. Lunch:  chobani non fat pomegranate yogurt, Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread, Dr. Pepper (12 oz Can). Dinner:  6" Chicken & Bacon Ranch, Dr. Pepper (12 oz Can), Jalapeno Potato Chips. Snacks/Other:  Chocolate Chip Cookie.
