Fat: 43.00g | Prot: 89.11g | Carb: 293.81g.   Breakfast:  Honey, Nonfat Blueberry Greek Yogurt, Skim Chocolate Milk, Zucchini Bread. Lunch:  chicken of the sea, Dr. Pepper (12 oz Can), franz 100% whole wheat bread, mayo, Stringsters Low Moisture Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese with Trivia, sugar cookies. Dinner:  enchilada, rosarita refried beans. Snacks/Other:  Skim Chocolate Milk.
