Fat: 28.87g | Prot: 67.87g | Carb: 277.65g.   Breakfast:  Honey, Skim Chocolate Milk, onion, egg, butter, green pepper, Franz whole wheat bread. Lunch:  Sierra Mist Natural (12 oz Can), chobani pomegranate yogurt. Dinner:  skim chocolate milk, green beans, pork roast, Lettuce Salad with Egg, Cheese, Tomato, and/or Carrots. Snacks/Other:  Dr. Pepper (12 oz Can), Triscuit Crackers Original, Milk (Nonfat), Double Chocolate Hot Chocolate.
