Fat: 42.18g | Prot: 88.62g | Carb: 268.86g.   Breakfast:  chobani non-fat pomegranate yogurt, honey, poppy seed bread, Skim Chocolate Milk. Lunch:  Blackberries, chili, tillamook colby jack cheese. Dinner:  apple, Chicken or Turkey Rice Soup (Home Recipe), Chocolate No Bake Cookies. Snacks/Other:  ghiradelli double hot chocolate, honey maid graham crackers, skim milk.
