Went to the Dr today, the one who told me to lose weight over a year ago and he was soo proud of me he gave me a hug!! And he didn't even mention losing ...

Fat: 73.39g | Prot: 89.08g | Carb: 279.78g.   Breakfast:  chobani non-fat pomegranate yogurt, honey, honey maid graham crackers, peanut butter, Skim Chocolate Milk. Lunch:  BumbleBee Tuna, Dr. Pepper (12 oz Can), franz 100% whole wheat bread, mayo, oatmeal chocolate chip cookie, precious string cheese. Dinner:  Cheeseburger Animal Style, Diet Dr. Pepper (12 oz Can), French Fries.
