Fat: 81.32g | Prot: 96.23g | Carb: 254.75g.   Breakfast:  Skim Chocolate Milk, honey, chobani nonfat blueberry yogurt. Lunch:  Franz buttermilk bread, Dr. Pepper (12 oz Can), butter, egg, onion, peppers, Premium Pork Regular Sausage, Best Yet Pizza Cheese, oatmeal chocolate chip cookie. Dinner:  Teff Muffins, Jambalaya with Meat and Rice. Snacks/Other:  skim milk, ghiradelli double hot chocolate.
