Wow this week has been challenging! I haven't eaten the best and I haven't got the exercise that I normally do. No excuses, just a different work schedule ...

Fat: 52.17g | Prot: 88.08g | Carb: 257.96g.
Breakfast: chobani non-fat pomegranate yogurt, Graham Crackers, honey, peanut butter, Skim Chocolate Milk. Lunch: chicken, Clementines, Dr. Pepper (12 oz Can), gordita gold, tillamook colby jack cheese. Dinner: jam, peanut butter, whole wheat bread. Snacks/Other: Starbucks hot chocolate.
