Fat: 57.87g | Prot: 60.63g | Carb: 335.82g.   Breakfast:  100% Whole Wheat or 100% Whole Grain Waffle, Fruit Syrup, Skim Chocolate Milk, Turkey Sausage (Cooked). Dinner:  Chocolate Cake (Without Frosting), Coca-Cola Classic Soda, Enchilada with Beef, Meatless Enchilada with Cheese, Refried Beans with Cheese, Spanish Rice.
