Fat: 80.46g | Prot: 71.48g | Carb: 167.05g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Frankfurter or Hot Dog with Catsup and/or Mustard on Bun, Tea with Milk and Sugar. Lunch:  Hotdog. Dinner:  Salisbury Steak, Potatoes, Vegetable and Dessert (Diet Frozen Meal).
