Lunch:  Cucumber (Peeled), Hiland 2% Cottage Cheese, Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, Ranch Dry Dips Mix, Red Bell Pepper, Red Onions, Tomatoes. Dinner:  Dried Black beans, Dried Red beans, Ground turkey, Sweet Ground Italian Sausage.
