Fat: 51.24g | Prot: 86.84g | Carb: 220.42g.   Breakfast:  Fried Egg without Fat, Honey, Organic Hardwood Smoked Bone-In Spiral Sliced Half Ham. Lunch:  bbq pulled pork, Ovals Hamburger Dill Chips, yoder's potato salad. Dinner:  instant white rice, meatloaf, mushroom gravy. Snacks/Other:  cherry tomato, Nonfat Light Blueberry Yogurt, pretzel, string cheese.
