Fat: 51.24g | Prot: 86.84g | Carb: 220.42g.   Breakfast:  Organic Hardwood Smoked Bone-In Spiral Sliced Half Ham, Fried Egg without Fat, Honey. Lunch:  yoder's potato salad, Ovals Hamburger Dill Chips, bbq pulled pork. Dinner:  meatloaf, mushroom gravy, instant white rice. Snacks/Other:  cherry tomato, string cheese, Nonfat Light Blueberry Yogurt, pretzel.
