Fat: 63.50g | Prot: 38.37g | Carb: 199.41g.   Breakfast:  Apples, Blueberries, Carrots, Coconut Water with Pineapple, Ground Chia Seeds, Kale, Kiwi Fruit, Swiss Chard. Lunch:  Cooked Artichoke (Canned), Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Green Bell Pepper, Onions, Sun-Dried Tomatoes. Dinner:  Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich (Half). Snacks/Other:  Milk Chocolate M&M's.
