Fat: 63.50g | Prot: 38.37g | Carb: 199.41g.   Breakfast:  Kale, Swiss Chard, Carrots, Blueberries, Kiwi Fruit, Coconut Water with Pineapple, Ground Chia Seeds, Apples. Lunch:  Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Cooked Artichoke (Canned), Sun-Dried Tomatoes, Onions, Green Bell Pepper. Dinner:  Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich (Half). Snacks/Other:  Milk Chocolate M&M's.
