Fat: 93.65g | Prot: 79.35g | Carb: 141.83g.   Breakfast:  Quaker Instant Oatmeal - Peaches & Cream, Coffee, Bananas, Walnuts, Fresh & Easy Black Plums, Coffee-Mate Sugar Free Hazelnut Liquid Coffee Creamer. Lunch:  Corned Beef Brisket (Cured), Cooked Green Cabbage (Fat Added in Cooking). Dinner:  Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Thigh, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Leg, Mixed Salad Greens, Kroger Red Wine Vinegar & Oil Dressing. Snacks/Other:  Whole Wheat Muffin, Coffee, Coffee-Mate Sugar Free Hazelnut Liquid Coffee Creamer, Planters Lightly Salted Mixed Nuts.
