Fat: 51.51g | Prot: 89.20g | Carb: 270.07g.   Breakfast:  almond milk, banana, premier protein shake, sugar free hot cocoa swiss miss. Lunch:  peanut butter, sara lee healthy multi-grain, strawberry jam homemade. Dinner:  bacon bits, baked potatoe, brocolli, chilli, fat free ranch, grated cheddar cheese, salad mix, white cake . Snacks/Other:  apples, chicken mcnuggets mcdonalds, fries mcdonalds, peanut butter, whole wheat bread .
