Fat: 51.51g | Prot: 89.20g | Carb: 270.07g.   Breakfast:  banana, premier protein shake, almond milk, sugar free hot cocoa swiss miss. Lunch:  peanut butter, strawberry jam homemade, sara lee healthy multi-grain. Dinner:  baked potatoe, chilli, bacon bits, grated cheddar cheese, brocolli, salad mix, fat free ranch, white cake . Snacks/Other:  chicken mcnuggets mcdonalds, fries mcdonalds, apples, whole wheat bread , peanut butter.
