Fat: 27.27g | Prot: 39.95g | Carb: 182.83g.   Breakfast:  oats. Lunch:  Quick or Instant Oatmeal made with Milk (Fat Not Added in Cooking). Dinner:  potato and green beans, roti, oats with milk. Snacks/Other:  papaya, patties potato.
