Fat: 72.38g | Prot: 67.78g | Carb: 276.66g.   Breakfast:  Sugar, Trader Joe's Light Shredded Three Cheese Blend, Trader Joe's 100% Liquid Egg Whites, Trader Joe's Organic Whole Wheat & Corn Flour Tortillas, Scrambled Egg (Whole, Cooked), Trader Joe's Sun Dried Tomato-Basil Chicken Sausage. Lunch:  Trader Joe's Low Fat Chocolate Yogurt, Strawberries, Sodexo Cranberry Almond Granola Bars. Dinner:  Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Dry Roasted Hulled Sunflower Seeds, Honey Mustard Dressing, Broccoli Salad. Snacks/Other:  Peet's Coffee & Tea Caffe Latte with Reduced Fat Milk (Small), Apples, Trader Joe's 12 Grain Mini Snack Crackers, Tomato Soup, Light Vanilla Ice Creams (Soft Serve).
