Fat: 56.32g | Prot: 126.24g | Carb: 243.67g.   Breakfast:  Oatmeal, Total 0% Greek Yogurt, Milk (Nonfat), Raspberries, Maple Syrup, Chia Seeds, Raisin Bread, Hard Boiled Egg Whites, Monterey Jack Cheese, Organic Peanut Butter - Honey, Tazo Chai Tea Latte (Tall). Lunch:  trader joes barley chicken soup, trader joes wheat sourdough. Dinner:  fried rice, baked chicken, corn tortillas, bell peppers. Snacks/Other:  trader joes string cheese, trader joes dark chocolate wedge, Oatmeal, Total 0% Greek Yogurt, Milk (Nonfat), Raspberries, Maple Syrup, Chia Seeds.
