Fat: 59.28g | Prot: 78.65g | Carb: 286.96g.   Breakfast:  Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted Whole Grain Cereal - Original, Hemp Protein Powder 15g, Black and White Chia Seeds, Blueberries , Coffee, 100% Pomegranate Blueberry Juice, Plus Light Apple Juice. Lunch:  Fruit Yogurt, Chili. Dinner:  Chili, Sour Dough Bread, Mixed Salad Greens, Young Green Onions, Celery, Cherry Tomatoes, Caesar Salad Dressing, Cucumber (with Peel). Snacks/Other:  Florida Oranges , Sour Dough Bread, Sugar Cookies (Includes Vanilla), Non-Alcholic Brew, Lowfat Popcorn Popped in Oil.
