Fat: 59.28g | Prot: 78.65g | Carb: 286.96g.   Breakfast:  100% Pomegranate Blueberry Juice, Black and White Chia Seeds, Blueberries , Coffee, Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted Whole Grain Cereal - Original, Hemp Protein Powder 15g, Plus Light Apple Juice. Lunch:  Chili, Fruit Yogurt. Dinner:  Caesar Salad Dressing, Celery, Cherry Tomatoes, Chili, Cucumber (with Peel), Mixed Salad Greens, Sour Dough Bread, Young Green Onions. Snacks/Other:  Florida Oranges , Lowfat Popcorn Popped in Oil, Non-Alcholic Brew, Sour Dough Bread, Sugar Cookies (Includes Vanilla).
