Fat: 59.28g | Prot: 243.33g | Carb: 201.20g.   Breakfast:  heinz reduced ketchup, arnold bread, egg whites, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), nature's bounty fish oil, jiff natural peanut butter, grape jelly low sugar, gaspari nutrition. Lunch:  frozen broccoli florets, brown rice, roasted almonds, boneless skinless perdue chicken. Dinner:  whole wheat flour tortillas, light mayo, perdue bonless skinless chicken, lettuce, grape tomatoe, egg whites, fat free shredded cheese, brown rice, costco chicken, frozen broccoli. Snacks/Other:  sugar free jell-o, gaspari nutrition.
