Fat: 59.28g | Prot: 243.33g | Carb: 201.20g.   Breakfast:  arnold bread, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), egg whites, gaspari nutrition, grape jelly low sugar, heinz reduced ketchup, jiff natural peanut butter, nature's bounty fish oil. Lunch:  roasted almonds, boneless skinless perdue chicken, brown rice, frozen broccoli florets. Dinner:  brown rice, costco chicken, egg whites, fat free shredded cheese, frozen broccoli, grape tomatoe, lettuce, light mayo, perdue bonless skinless chicken, whole wheat flour tortillas. Snacks/Other:  gaspari nutrition, sugar free jell-o.
