Lunch:  Morningstar Farms Chik Patties Original, Nature's Own Healthy Multi-Grain Sandwich Rounds, Tomatoes, Great Value Romaine Lettuce. Dinner:  Baked or Broiled Salmon, Black Beans. Snacks/Other:  Apples, Kettle Brand Jalapeno Potato Chips, Quick Oatmeal (1 or 3 Minutes).
