Fat: 13.89g | Prot: 41.27g | Carb: 43.08g.   Breakfast:  coffee, yerba tea, truvia. Lunch:  chicken breast, cucumber, melba toast, low cal dressing. Dinner:  Chicken Breast, asparagus, tofu noodles. Snacks/Other:  pink lady apple.
