Lunch:  Watermelon, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Ranch Salad Dressing, Fully Cooked Beef Seasoned for Fajitas, Pepsi (Can). Dinner:  Cooked Asparagus (from Fresh), Creamy Garlic Shell Pasta & Sauce, Marinated Chicken Breasts.
