Fat: 129.49g | Prot: 191.30g | Carb: 356.62g.   Lunch:  Medium Firm Tofu, Ground Turkey (Cooked), Brown Rice, Hard Boiled Egg Whites, Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce. Dinner:  beef soup, white rice, instant ramen. Snacks/Other:  popcorn chicken, condensed milk, green tea, mochi.
