Fat: 32.41g | Prot: 67.45g | Carb: 127.70g.   Lunch:  Betty Crocker Scalloped Potatoes, Great Value Fat Free Cottage Cheese, Great Value Hamburger Buns, Jewel Taco Dip, Pasta or Macaroni Salad with Oil and Vinegar-Type Dressing, Tortilla Corn Chips. Dinner:  Grilled Fish, White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin), Yellow Sweet Corn. Snacks/Other:  Smartfood White Cheddar Cheese Popcorn.
