Fat: 20.65g | Prot: 68.12g | Carb: 152.88g.   Breakfast:  almond milk, banana, body by vi, coconut milk, frozen strawberries great value. Lunch:  pear, potato soup. Dinner:  beer bread tastefully simple, cooked carrots, pear, swai fish.
