Fat: 61.96g | Prot: 66.70g | Carb: 167.95g.   Breakfast:  Sugar Free French Vanilla Coffee Creamer, Fat Free Milk, cornbread jiffy, fiber one 90 calorie, chocolate bar with peanuts, coco krispies. Lunch:  Chicken Noodle Soup. Dinner:  filet mignon, baked potato, fat free sour cream, shredded cheese, light country crock, green beans.
