Lunch: Beef Chuck (Top Blade, Trimmed to 1/4" Fat), Carrots, Cooked Asparagus (from Fresh), Mushrooms, Zucchini. Dinner: FORTUNE YAKISOBA, Grilled Chicken Breast Strips, stir fry blend. Snacks/Other: Chocolate Covered Almonds, Cowabunga Mozzarella String Cheese, Twix Minis.
