Fat: 72.45g | Prot: 180.08g | Carb: 192.85g.   Breakfast:  Banana, Oat So Simple Original, protein shake. Lunch:  Brown Rice, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Golden Syrup Instant Porridge with Semi-Skimmed Milk. Dinner:  Bacon, Baked Beans, Mashed Potato, Pork Sausage (Cooked).
