Lunch: Beef Brisket (Flat Half, Trimmed to 1/8" Fat, Select Grade, Cooked, Braised), Collard Greens, Smoked or Cured Ham (Lean and Fat Eaten). Dinner: Baby Carrots, Pepper Jack Cheese, Reduced Fat Burger, Snow or Sugar Snap Peas. Snacks/Other: Seasoned Steak Strips, Wild Rainbow Trout.
