Fat: 109.77g | Prot: 185.22g | Carb: 28.98g.   Breakfast:  Weight Management Sugar Free Strawberry, Turkey Sausage Patty, Egg, Smoked Salmon. Lunch:  Collard Greens, Smoked or Cured Ham (Lean and Fat Eaten), Beef Brisket (Flat Half, Trimmed to 1/8" Fat, Select Grade, Cooked, Braised). Dinner:  Reduced Fat Burger, Snow or Sugar Snap Peas, Baby Carrots, Pepper Jack Cheese. Snacks/Other:  Wild Rainbow Trout, Seasoned Steak Strips.
