Fat: 109.77g | Prot: 185.22g | Carb: 28.98g.   Breakfast:  Egg, Smoked Salmon, Turkey Sausage Patty, Weight Management Sugar Free Strawberry. Lunch:  Beef Brisket (Flat Half, Trimmed to 1/8" Fat, Select Grade, Cooked, Braised), Collard Greens, Smoked or Cured Ham (Lean and Fat Eaten). Dinner:  Baby Carrots, Pepper Jack Cheese, Reduced Fat Burger, Snow or Sugar Snap Peas. Snacks/Other:  Seasoned Steak Strips, Wild Rainbow Trout.
