Fat: 103.23g | Prot: 66.55g | Carb: 225.07g.   Breakfast:  Banana Bread (with Margarine), Egg Casserole with Bread, Cheese, Milk and Meat. Lunch:  Frankfurter or Hot Dog with Catsup and/or Mustard on Bun, Salsa, Southern Home Potato Salad, Tortilla Corn Chips. Snacks/Other:  Bacardi Superior Rum.
