Fat: 105.97g | Prot: 100.25g | Carb: 36.37g.   Breakfast:  Butter, Egg, Bacon, Heavy Cream, Cooked Mushrooms (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Bell Peppers, Feta Cheese, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds). Dinner:  Butter, Cooked Mushrooms (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Bell Peppers, Beef Top Sirloin (Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/8" Fat, Choice Grade). Snacks/Other:  Dutchmark Smoked Gouda Cheese, Breve (Small), Almonds.
