Fat: 105.97g | Prot: 100.25g | Carb: 36.37g.   Breakfast:  Bacon, Bell Peppers, Butter, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Cooked Mushrooms (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Egg, Feta Cheese, Heavy Cream. Dinner:  Beef Top Sirloin (Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/8" Fat, Choice Grade), Bell Peppers, Butter, Cooked Mushrooms (Fat Not Added in Cooking). Snacks/Other:  Almonds, Breve (Small), Dutchmark Smoked Gouda Cheese.
