Fat: 90.80g | Prot: 75.04g | Carb: 23.76g.   Breakfast:  coffee, heavy cream. Lunch:  feta cheese, organic baby spring mix with herbs, Pitted Greek Kalamata Olives, Pork Backribs, red wine. Dinner:  Braised or Boiled Beef Pot Roast (Lean Only Eaten). Snacks/Other:  Heavy Whipping Cream, Ice Cream custard, pistachios, Worldwide Sports Nutrition Protein Frosty Chocolate Shake.
