Fat: 92.76g | Prot: 112.61g | Carb: 22.14g.   Breakfast:  butter, Egg, feta cheese, Spinach (Chopped or Leaf, Frozen). Lunch:  balsamic vinegar, feta cheese, organic baby spring mix with herbs, Pitted Greek Kalamata Olives. Dinner:  Celery, Fried Chicken Wing No Coating (Skin Eaten). Snacks/Other:  Heavy Whipping Cream, Unsweetened Frozen Strawberries, Worldwide Sports Nutrition Protein Vanilla Cream Shake.
