Fat: 83.39g | Prot: 78.44g | Carb: 39.76g.   Breakfast:  bacon bits, butter, cheddar cheese, Cooked Celery (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Egg, green pepper, heavy cream. Lunch:  Cauliflower chicken soup. Dinner:  BBQ Sauce, celery, Pork Backribs. Snacks/Other:  Blueberries (Unsweetened, Frozen), Heavy Whipping Cream, Natural Oven Roasted Almonds - Dark Chocolate, Worldwide Sports Nutrition Protein Vanilla Cream Shake.
