Fat: 82.36g | Prot: 51.61g | Carb: 17.39g.   Breakfast:  Bacon, butter, coffee, Egg, heavy cream, Spinach. Lunch:  celery, Green Peppers, Italian Sausage. Dinner:  celery, Red Table Wine, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Wing (Skin Eaten), sour cream. Snacks/Other:  Low carb cheesecake.
