Fat: 66.20g | Prot: 89.25g | Carb: 22.83g.   Breakfast:  coffee, heavy cream, Spinach and bacon Quiche. Dinner:  balsamic vineagar, Cooked or Sauteed Mature Onions (Fat Added in Cooking), Ground Sirloin, Organic Baby Spring Mix with Herbs, provolone cheese. Snacks/Other:  Heavy Whipping Cream, Pure Protein Vanilla Cream Shake, shiraz, trader joe's marscapone cheese, Unsweetened Frozen Strawberries.
