Fat: 77.50g | Prot: 109.08g | Carb: 27.80g.   Breakfast:  Broccoli (Spears, Frozen), butter, Egg, Fresh Ham, heavy cream, Mushrooms. Dinner:  Beef Top Sirloin (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat, Select Grade), Cooked or Sauteed Mature Onions (Fat Added in Cooking), provolone cheese. Snacks/Other:  Heavy Whipping Cream, Natural Oven Roasted Almonds - Dark Chocolate, Pure Protein Vanilla Cream Shake, Unsweetened Frozen Strawberries.
