Fat: 48.68g | Prot: 99.89g | Carb: 30.76g.   Breakfast:  Broccoli (Spears, Frozen), Deli Style Provolone Cheese, grass fed ground beef. Dinner:  Hickory Smoked Ham Steak, stir fry chinese vegetables. Snacks/Other:  Heavy Cream, Heavy Whipping Cream, Natural Oven Roasted Almonds - Dark Chocolate, Pure Protein Frosty Chocolate Shake, Unsweetened Frozen Strawberries.
