Fat: 57.71g | Prot: 109.52g | Carb: 23.56g.   Lunch:  coffee, Cream (Half & Half), Caesar Salad Dressing, romaine leaves, parmesan cheese, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten). Dinner:  petite filet mignon, prawns, Cooked Spinach (from Fresh), Cooked Green String Beans, Lobster, White Cheddar Cheese, caramel. Snacks/Other:  kraft jalepeno String cheese.
