Fat: 67.34g | Prot: 137.03g | Carb: 15.16g.   Breakfast:  canadian turkey bacon, heavy cream, scrambled eggs. Lunch:  Beef Chuck (Shoulder Top and Center Steaks, Trimmed to 0" Fat, Select Grade), feta cheese, olive oil, organic herb salad. Dinner:  Atlantic Cod, Broccoli Florets, Butter. Snacks/Other:  Heavy Whipping Cream, Pure Protein Frosty Chocolate Shake.
